My veggies almost always go bad before I use it all up. I decided to dehydrate some common ones I love to add into fried rices and stir fries. These include broccoli, leek, celery and green onion.

  1. Soak in salt water and rinse for 10 minutes to get rid of eggs and insects

  2. Blanche in boiling water for 3-5 minutes

  3. Put in cold ice water

  4. Dehydrate according to your dehydrator instructions
